Company Structure

EP Infrastructure is built on four basic pillars, covering gas transmission, gas and power distribution, gas storage and heat infrastructure. The company operates in these four areas via 12 subsidiaries located in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Hungary.

1. 49% including management control
2. 40.45% controlled directly, and 56.15% is controlled by SPP Infrastructure. EPIF stake in SPP infrastructure is 49% including management control
3. 35% is controlled by NAFTA, and 35% owned by SPP infrastructure
